New identity for Coors Light created by Turner Duckworth. The only thing I can think about this redesign is Diet Coke, they turned the manly and strong logo into a minimalist, friendly and soft style.
The only thing I like about this is that the logo lost its black outline and that Light is no longer Italic. I know they are trying to target a younger market, but I’m not feeling it, the logo coming out of the mountain is not working, the cut the cool part of the “C”, maybe they could have put the mountain at the back of everything or on one side and it would have been a good complement.
Here it is applied in the new can, I like how it looks with the realistic mountain but is still giving me diet coke.
